1. Ownership of Content
All karaoke tracks, custom instrumentals, mixes, and other audio content available on Versionify.in are created from scratch and are the intellectual property of Versionify, unless otherwise specified.
You acknowledge and agree that all materials provided on this website, including but not limited to audio tracks, text, logos, graphics, and digital downloads, are protected by Indian copyright law and international copyright treaties.
2. Customer Rights and Limitations
When you purchase or receive a karaoke track, custom instrumental, or mixing/mastering service from Versionify, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial use, depending on the license chosen at the time of purchase.
You MAY:
- Use the audio tracks for personal enjoyment, performance, or publishing as per licensing terms.
- Use custom tracks in your projects (YouTube, live shows, etc.) if permitted by the license.
You MAY NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, lease, or sublicense any content from Versionify.
- Claim ownership of the original production.
- Upload our content to karaoke apps, digital stores, or distribution platforms as your own.
3. Custom Track Licensing
For custom karaoke creation or audio services, Versionify retains full ownership of the production. However, you may request an exclusive license, subject to additional charges, to prevent resale of your specific track to others. Such exclusivity must be agreed upon in writing.
4. Revisions and Refunds
Versionify provides up to 2 free revisions for karaoke, custom tracks, and audio services. All sales are final. Refunds are not issued unless:
- There is a failure to deliver the product or service as promised.
- A specific written agreement provides for it.
5. Copyright Infringement Claims
If you believe that any content on Versionify infringes upon your copyright, please contact us at support@versionify.in with appropriate documentation. We will promptly investigate and take necessary action.
6. Changes to This Agreement
Versionify reserves the right to modify or update this Copyright Agreement at any time. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
By using Versionify.in or purchasing any product/service, you agree to abide by this Copyright Agreement.
