1. License and Usage Rights

Karaoke tracks purchased through Versionify are licensed for personal or designated third-party use only. Redistribution, resale, or re-uploading of our content to any platform (including YouTube, streaming services, or file-sharing platforms) is strictly prohibited.

If purchasing for another individual, entity, or platform (e.g., a client, business, or YouTube channel), the buyer must specify the intended user’s name or channel in the “Order Notes” section at checkout. This ensures correct attribution and helps avoid wrongful copyright claims.

2. Custom Karaoke Requests

• Public Release Requests: When a customer requests a custom karaoke track, Versionify charges a fee in advance and reserves the right to make that track publicly available on our website for other customers.
• Exclusive Requests: For exclusive use, an advance fee is collected. The track will not be listed for public sale and is licensed solely to the requester. Please note that exclusive requests incur a higher fee than standard releases due to their limited distribution.

3. Payment and Verification

If you are unable to complete your purchase using the available payment methods on our website, please contact us at support@versionify.in. We will share our bank account details for direct transfer.

In the case of direct transfers, make sure to keep a record of your transaction reference number. We will only initiate your requested service once the payment has been authenticated. Upon successful verification, your karaoke file will be delivered to your registered email address.

4. Format and Delivery

All karaoke tracks are currently delivered in high-quality MP3 format. No physical or alternative digital formats (such as WAV or stems) are provided unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All karaoke productions remain the intellectual property of Versionify. Purchasing a license grants usage rights—not ownership—of the underlying music content.

6. Copyright Agreement

All content on this website, including Karaoke tracks and audio services, is protected under our Copyright Agreement

7. Disclaimer

While we strive to maintain high-quality standards, Versionify is not liable for how our tracks are used on third-party platforms or for takedown requests initiated by copyright holders unrelated to our work.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to any changes made.
