At Versionify, we are committed to delivering top-notch karaoke tracks, custom music productions, and mixing & mastering services. Due to the digital and creative nature of our offerings, we follow a strict no-refund policy. Please review the details below:

1. Pre-made Karaoke Tracks

All karaoke tracks sold through Versionify are delivered as digital downloads and are non-refundable once purchased.

We encourage you to preview our work through the Showcase page to ensure it meets your expectations before buying.

2. Custom Track Requests

Custom karaoke tracks are created from scratch as per your specifications. These are non-refundable once production begins.

However, to ensure customer satisfaction, we provide 2 free revisions per order. Please ensure clear communication of your requirements at the time of ordering.

3. Mixing & Mastering Services

Our mixing and mastering services involve creative interpretation and expert-level attention to detail. As with all creative services, no refunds are issued after work has started.

You are entitled to 2 free revisions for each service to make minor adjustments based on your feedback.

4. Revisions Policy

  • Each order (custom track or audio service) includes 2 free revisions.
  • Revisions must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
  • Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges depending on the scope.

5. Technical Issues

If you face any technical problems such as:

  • Receiving a wrong file
  • Corrupted download
  • Broken download link

Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

6. Cancellations

Orders for digital products or services may only be cancelled prior to the start of processing or production. Once production begins—such as on custom tracks or audio services—no cancellations will be permitted.
For pre-made karaoke downloads, cancellations are not possible once payment is completed due to the instant-access nature of delivery.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first violates this policy.

Any files received through such a transaction may be considered unauthorized use, and legal action may be taken.
